Made by Sajou. A Complete sewing set – Coquecigrues model.

A delightful little sewing box filled with the following sewing accoutrements.

Contents:
– a pair scissors,
– a brass thimble,
– a pink Sajou tape measure with a ring on each end,
– a small green seam ripper,
– six cocoons of polyester sewing thread (yellow, lilac, pink, red, pistachio blue), each cocoon contains about 150 metres of thread,
– a booklet of 15 sewing needles,
– three Sajou storage cards for ribbons and threads.

This sewing set has two trays, the top one can be removed and has a Sajou ribbon on each side.
It is covered with a glossy paper printed with our Toile de Jouy Offrande à l’Amour miniature motif.

Size of box: length 15cm – width 12cm – height 5cm.

This box and all the contents are made in France.

The pattern for this lovely & sturdy tote includes diagrams and is easy to follow, it has been designed to work with our Ephemera Tote Bag Panels.

If you prefer to use other fabric the pattern will be fine for that too.

Fabric requirements:

1 Ephemera Tote Bag panel or enough fabric to cut 48cm high x 42cm wide.

The fabric requirement for the reverse side, handles and inner pocket is approximately 70cm (at least 137cm wide, this will also be sufficient if you want to make the whole outer bag in one fabric).

The lining fabric is 60cm (at least 110cm wide)

Please note you may need extra fabric if you want to fussy cut your bag front and back.

The pattern for this lovely & sturdy tote includes illustrations and is easy to follow.

Finished size is approximately: 48cm x 42cm, plus 30cm for the handle.
