This album style quilt is named Mon Ami, which translates to My Friend, and it features appliqué images, some blocks symbolising  the bonds of love, friendship & good fortune.

The quilt features 5 classic old pieced quilt blocks and 5 lovely needle turn appliqué blocks, combined with a beautiful scrappy collection of fabrics. It is designed to complement l’uccello’s larger floral fabrics and some of our favourite medium – smaller size prints and wovens.

Kit includes:

A large collection of fabrics which includes many of the fabrics in our original quilt as pictured on the pattern.

There is approximately 9 metres of fabric in total, in over 90 different fabrics, this should be ample for the quilt, however it will depend on how much fussy cutting you prefer. We do recommend adding any special fabrics from your stash that you think complement the selection, the scrappy look of this quilt only gets better with more fabrics.
