This scrappy bundle of 38 fat 16ths is perfect to get you started with any of our scrappy quilt projects such as Quilt Number 5, Belles Fleurs, Mon Ami and Lily’s Quilt. We have added 6 pieces of Liberty lawn as an added complementary bonus.
The bundles are lovely and all contain similar fabric but may vary from the one shown in the picture, particularly the bonus Liberty pieces.

The fabrics in this bundle are a variety of textures and weights, they are a mixture of vintage fabric and vintage feed sack fabric. The 10 vintage fabrics are approximately fat 1/16th in size and are all very similar to the ones shown in this picture on the right hand side.. The 12 vintage feed sack fabrics are smaller and more random sized pieces, they will be similar in style to the ones in the picture but each pack is unique and will vary from the sample shown here. This bundle is perfect for patchwork, slow stitching and other small projects such as our Slow Stitched Huswif.
The fabrics are all in good vintage condition but may have the occasional sign of age.

Quilt Number 5 – Quilt Pattern
$ 18.95A scrappy quilt featuring 2 antique style blocks & a border inspired by the architectural features of our former store in the Nicholas Building.
Too many fabrics are never enough, we have used over 100 fabrics in this scrappy quilt and refreshed its traditional style with an eclectic mix of fabric types and styles. Although machine pieced it can easily be adapted if you prefer hand piecing. The quilt features 2 old blocks, one a modification of a Centre Diamond block and the other is a traditional Amish block, (as referenced in Barbara Brackman’s Encyclopedia of Quilt Patterns) and the wide border is inspired by the decorative cornice on the ceiling of the room in The Nicholas Building where l’uccello was once located.
Finished size approximately 78” wide x 78” length. (Approx 198cm x 198cm)
